"A most important FDA file somehow was emailed to me and, as a consumer health researcher, retired healthcare professional, consumer health author/journalist/blogger, and certified paralegal, after reading it, I feel it is my moral duty to share it with all citizens in the USA. Someone [name redacted] at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services/FDA [http://i.bnet.com/blogs/cert-fda-letter-to-the-president-4-2-09-and-trans-team-1-7-09.pdf ] sent the then recently-inaugurated president, Barack Hussein Obama, a letter, which I will parse in part below. Also, a CERTIFIED document, including a notarized affidavit signed by Sarah Kotler, the Denials and Appeals Officer in the Division of Freedom of Information, Office of Public Information and Library Services, Office of Shared Services, Office of the Commissioner, United States Food and Drug Administration, was provided to an unidentified receiver, regarding serious ethical and fraud problems within the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Since I did not receive copies of what Kotler supplied in No. 4, I cannot speak to them. Furthermore, The Wall Street Journal published an article about some of FDA’s problems in its Oct. 22, 2009 online issue. However, in the letter to President Obama dated April 2, 2009, there is much to comment about: "
"House cleaning may be hazardous thanks to new findings that will have you pausing to pull the trigger on your go-to cleaning product. An Australian researcher from the University of Melbourne studied the ingredients in common consumer products labeled “all-natural,” “non-toxic,” “green,” and “organic,” and found a range of potentially harmful compounds. The study, published in the journal Air Quality, Atmosphere & Health, compared the dangers of 37 different air fresheners, cleaning products, laundry supplies, and personal care products. Of the 156 different volatile organic compounds (VOCs,) researchers found from the products they studied, 42 were classified as toxic or hazardous under U.S. federal laws. The products contained an average of 15 VOCs, and each one contained at least one of the harmful chemicals. When they took a look at “green” fragranced products, they found more than 550 VOCs, but fewer than three percent of those ingredients were listed on the product label or material safety data sheet (MSDS)."
"If the public is systematically lied-to by the Government and by a virtually uniformly cooperative press suppressing key facts in order to pump that lie, such as was the case during 2002 and 2003 in the lead-up to America’s invasion of Iraq, then there can’t possibly be an authentic democracy, because democracy is founded upon a truthfully informed public, and so any ‘news’ institution that violates its solemn public trust of reporting the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, is traitorous to democracy itself. That’s why the press has been called “the fourth estate” of government. The first three “estates” are the aristocracy, the clergy, and the public. If the press represent not the public, but instead one of the two other classes — the aristocracy and/or the clergy — then what exists is a dictatorship by that actually ruling class against the public, not a democracy by the public. The public cannot rule in such a country. They instead are manipulated in it."
"There’s no words to describe the level of neglect this nation has experienced on account of the current leader in the White House. However, a recent audit found something truly remarkable that should have been fixed a long time ago – if we had a president with half a brain that is. According to the audit released by the Office of the Inspector General earlier this month, the Social Security Administration (SSA) still holds active 6.5 million illegitimate entities. As detailed in the report, the SSA currently lists 6.5 million people over the age of 112 years old as “alive” in the United States."
"Water is the lifeblood of humanity; it turns out it is in short supply. Like any other commodity high in demand, you should keep an eye on it for investment purposes as we get closer and closer to “peak water.” Right now, the average American consumes about 100 gallons of water per day both directly and indirectly. This is a problem of conservation and efficiency as much as it is supply, as the aging water infrastructure had its last upgrade during the Reagan era."
"First, the technical stuff, which may be boring to some, but it may also give you some additional ideas for its use if you know what the properties of aluminum foil really are. Aluminum foil replaced “tin foil” around 1910. Prior this to this time tin was commonly used and used similar to how aluminum foil is used today. Tin of course left some food tasting “tinny” and it rusted over time, as well as being hard to work with. It could not be wrapped or shaped around objects as easily, and it certainly did not have the properties of today’s aluminum foil. In Europe today, aluminum foil is still commonly referred to as tin foil. All foil is not made equally, so when choosing foil for a survival kit or for your emergency supplies for the home, make sure it is foil that is at least or as close to 1mil (.001) as possible. Why 1mil, well because foil 1mil or thicker is permeable to water, gases and oxygen. In other words it would act just like a Mylar bag as far as not allowing contaminates to flow through the skin. Foil less than 1mil can have microscopic pinholes in it that over time would allow the transfer of oxygen, gases, and moisture."
"The other day, I was cleaning out my freezer and something magical happened. Not only did I get a nice, organized freezer, but I realized what it really means to eat locally. When you eat locally, you know things about your food that people who shop at the grocery store do not. On the labels of nearly every package of meat in my freezer was the name of someone I know….whose farm I’ve actually been to."
"A bill introduced in Texas would remove all penalties for the possession and distribution of marijuana from the state criminal code, effectively nullifying the federal prohibition on the same. Introduced by Rep. David Simpson (R-Longview), House Bill 2165 (HB2165) repeals current provisions under the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, the Health and Safety Code, and Tax Code to end the state-level prohibition on marijuana. Since FBI statistics show that approximately 99 of 100 arrests for marijuana are done under state and not federal law, passage would effectively nullify federal attempts to keep the plant illegal. “I don’t believe that when God made marijuana he made a mistake that government needs to fix,” Rep. Simpson said in a TribTalk op/ed that was published shortly after his legislation was introduced."
"Lawfully Yours is a people’s empowerment guide to our corporate-commercial legal system. It contains invaluable information for all Americans. Since the founding of our country, the ‘elite’ (and their robber baron partners) have fabricated our history, taken control of our economy and altered our form of government and legal system. The whole rather sordid tale is brilliantly exposed in Judge Dale’s The Great American Adventure – Secrets of America. The Lawfully Yours guide contains material authored by Judge Dale, retired, and strategies compiled by others familiar with the commercial nature of our courts. In it Judge Dale exposes our legal system – that we were never taught about – and reveals ways we can defend ourselves from our current parasitic corporate-government and injustice system. From Judge Dale, retired: “The Federal and State Governments are not real. They are privately owned corporations [listed on Dun and Bradstreet] called governments . . . and the law is nothing more than their corporate regulations called statutes.” As Judge Dale exposes, the private BAR attorneys have been indoctrinated into believing that we have a lawful system of justice, which we do not. Their job today is to prevent the American people from understanding our reality and to keep us all locked into the legal system BAR attorneys created and were trained to implement. Our current ‘legal system’ is a fraud and it works to their benefit and to our detriment. This truth was confirmed by Karen Hudes, former World Bank Attorney, during an interview. [World Bank Attorney exposes the bankers and the BAR] Ms Hudes correctly stated that:"

"The history of medical marijuana and its use for epilepsy is a curious one. The marijuana plant, cannabis sativa, has been a part of folk medicine since antiquity and it has been used in Western medicine since the 19th century. One of its early uses was to control epileptic seizures. An obvious drawback, however, was that it was psychoactive — it made its users “high.” It was these psychoactive effects of cannabis that led to its being banned in most countries in the early 20th century. In the 1930s and 1940s, research chemists began to extract various pure compounds — called “cannabinoids” — from the cannabis plant and discovered that some extracts made you high while others didn’t. The compound that causes the psychoactive effects of cannabis is “tetrahydrocannabinol,” which is usually abbreviated THC. A second compound which is without psychoactive effects is “cannabidiol” — abbreviated CBD. CBD has medicinal effects but it doesn’t make you high."
"Folks, what can I say? The words of South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham are not only chilling, they are tyrannical. Graham, speaking to a group of people gathered in New Hampsire, said that if he were president of the United States, he would not allow Congress to leave Congress until his demands were met and he would use the US military to ensure they could not leave town, a clear usurpation of power by the executive branch. Keep in mind that this is the same Lindsey Graham I addressed nearly two Saturdays ago about his corruption, has said that alleged "terrorists," who are American citizens, would not be provided an attorney, something protected under the Constitution, and said that Barack Obama loves America and is a patriot."
"With the Dow plunging over 330 points and the U.S. dollar surging, today London metals trader Andrew Maguire spoke with King World News to update readers around the world on the KWN story about the shocking news of HSBC closing 7 gold vaults in London. HSBC has been making headlines in mainstream media with its ongoing list of scandalous misdeeds. What's behind HSBC's dramatic decision to close the vaults? Where is the gold and where is it going?"
"The first thought of some is that a license to operate a ham radio is worthless when the SHTF. Do what you have to do during a crisis is the thought of some regardless of rules and regulations. There of course, is some validity to this, but the point is that you are not in the middle of a crisis yet. To practice and get familiar with a ham radio you need to get on the airwaves, and you absolutely need to know what you are doing to be able to communicate effectively using an Amateur Radio. An operator gains experience through use. To legally transmit however, you need a call sign, which is only assigned to you by the FCC after you have passed a written test and have paid all the fees. The test is given by teams of accredited volunteers in coordination with the FCC. The FCC does not give the test."
"How many among us have slugged our first deer, knocked down farm-field pheasants or just plain cut teeth on a great old 10 gauge? Yet as the times have changed, the gun I find to be the perfect compromise between 12 and 20, and perhaps the single best shotgun to own is being pushed into obscurity. What’s left to love about the 16 bore?"
